REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Rajkamal Fashion Jewellery, every piece is checked and securely packed before it leaves us. Because we deal in handcrafted imitation and temple jewellery, please read this policy carefully before ordering.

Replacement Only — No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. In valid cases, we provide a replacement of the same product (or an item of equal value if the same product is unavailable).

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To raise any claim, you must share a clear, continuous unboxing video that:

  • Begins before the package is opened, showing the sealed parcel.
  • Records the full opening in one shot, with no cuts, pauses, or edits.
  • Clearly shows the issue with the product.

Claims without a valid continuous unboxing video cannot be accepted. This protects both you and us.

24-Hour Claim Window

Any claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be processed.

What Qualifies for a Replacement

  • Item damaged in transit
  • Wrong item received
  • Genuine manufacturing defect

What Does NOT Qualify

  • Change of mind or no longer wanted
  • Minor colour or shade differences due to screen/lighting (screens display colours differently)
  • Slight variations natural to handcrafted jewellery
  • Items that have been worn, used, or tampered with
  • Claims raised after 24 hours or without a valid unboxing video

How It Works

  1. Within 24 hours of delivery, message us on WhatsApp: +91 9114 71 72 73 with your order number and the unboxing video.
  2. Our team reviews the claim.
  3. If approved, we will arrange the replacement.

Who Pays Return Shipping

  • If the fault is ours (damaged, defective, or wrong item, confirmed by your unboxing video), we provide a free replacement and cover courier charges both ways.
  • For an exchange by customer preference (where we choose to offer one), the customer pays the return courier charges.
